Model and 3D scan

The project “The Way Ball Go” reinterprets the artwork “Der Lauf Der Dinge” by Fischli and Weiss through 15 interactive cardboard tracks centered around the theme of “the element of surprise.” Each track presents playful sequences of unexpected events, inviting users to explore a dynamic gallery experience that blends art, engineering, and curiosity.

These tracks will be available both physically and virtually, allowing users to explore the sculptures in detail through 3D scanning technology and access technical information about their construction. “The Way Ball Go” offers an immersive journey where creativity and physics come together, transforming simple materials into captivating and surprising experiences.

Video

Each track will trigger a short video that creatively brings the imagined course to life, capturing the “element of surprise” through surprising, entertaining, or poetic visuals. These videos highlight the intricate movements within each circuit and the unexpected outcomes as objects move through them.

From playful scenarios to thought-provoking sequences, the videos transform the simple mechanics of each structure into captivating stories. They offer viewers a unique and engaging experience, showcasing the artistry and details of each circuit from different perspectives.
